Information on COVID-19 for non-UK Nationals
The Mayor of London has published some COVID-19 guidelines for non-UK nationals, this can be viewed here: https://www.london.gov.uk/what-we-do/eu-londoners-hub/information-covid-19-non-uk-nationals
Careers Service
We encourage you to take advantage of the free PhD remote career coaching offered through SAS Careers. You can access this confidential service at any point of your PhD study to reflect on your career options, plan your career strategy and to hone your online profile, application and interview techniques. Sometimes dramatic world events can prompt us to rethink our personal priorities and plans. If that’s the case for you, this may be a good time to talk. Confidential, one-to-one careers appointments can be either 30 minutes or one hour long and can be held via telephone and Skype
You can decide the length of appointment you think you need but, as a general rule, I would expect a CV/application/online profile review to be approximately 30 minutes, whilst mock interviews or career planning and decision making are likely to be one hour appointments.
To book an appointment email sascareers@careers.lon.ac.uk
