Dr Anna-Maria Sichani

I am currently a BRAID Fellow – Research Associate in Digital Humanities at Digital Humanities Research Hub, School of Advanced Study, University of London, looking at embedding responsible AI literacy skills across the cultural heritage community to empower informed, responsible and ethical use of AI and machine learning. I am also a Software Sustainability Institute Fellowship. I am a member of the editorial team at The Programming Historian and director of the ProgHist Ltd, and I am serving at the Executive Committee of the European Association of Digital Humanities. My research interests include computational archival science, media and cultural history, advanced computational processing and digital publishing of archival assets, information architecture, ethics of/in technology, cultural and social aspects of transitional media(l) changes, scholarly communication, research infrastructures and digital pedagogy.
