Writing the Main Body of Your Work
Session Leader: Dr Elizabeth Dearnley (Edinburgh Napier University)
How do you build up an effective argument within the main body of your work, both in terms of overall structure and within individual paragraphs?
This session focuses on essays and shorter pieces of writing. Students are invited to send the workshop leader a short paragraph from the main body of their work (c.150-200 words) which they are happy for the others to read and discuss as a group. Please email your paragraph to [email protected] before 10th May.
This event is free to attend, but booking is required. It will be held online with details about how to join the virtual event being circulated via email to registered attendees 24 hours in advance.
