Time and temporality – an Introduction for Medievalists
To open this academic year we have invited two medievalists, both co-authors of recent books about time (Gillian Adler and Paul Strohm, ‘Alle Thyng Hath Time’: Time and Medieval Life, London, Reaktion, 2023; Zoltán Boldizsár Simon and Marek Tamm, The Fabric of Historical Time, Cambridge University Press, 2023), to introduce some of the approaches that are producing new insights into the period we all study.
