News from Programmatology
John Cayley has been Professor of Literary Arts at Brown University since 2007. He is a pioneer of writing in digital media as well as a theorist of the practice. Between the late 1970s and mid 1990s, as a UK-based poet and translator, Cayley began to experiment with programmes and algorithms.
Professor Cayley will be talking on digital poetics with respect to two pieces of recent work/thinking: Modelit: Eliterature à la (Language) Mode(l) and Speculative Translingual Rhapsody. See also: www.programmatology.com
