The London Rare Book School (LRBS) at the Institute of English Studies, University of London runs a series of intensive courses on a variety of book-related subjects taught in and around Senate House and online.

- Bookshops and Booksellers: Five Centuries of Selling Books
- Early Modern Typography
Please note that you can only apply for one week-long course.
If your selected course is fully subscribed, please contact the IES Events Office to be placed on the waiting list.
Fees
The fees for LRBS 2025 are:
- Standard | £750
- Concession*| £580

Bookings will close on 23rd May 2025.
The University accepts Visa/Mastercard/Maestro/Solo (UK only)/Visa Debit. No other credit cards (e.g. American Express) can be accepted. If you have an issue with payment, please contact IES Events office ([email protected]).
- Bookings cannot be made for individual days of the courses. Attendance is for the full week.
- The fee does not include accommodation.
All welcome- advance booking is required.
