The Imposter Syndrome

The Imposter Syndrome (Clance & Innes, 1978) describes beliefs and behaviours that can undermine self-esteem and increase self-sabotaging tendencies.
The session focuses on:
o Analyse how the Imposter Syndrome may manifest in a creative and research context
o Explore how it may help or hinder you in your research and professional development
o Share strategies to mitigate negative self-talk and to celebrate your achievements authentically and positively.
