Inns of Court Fellow’s Seminar

Scholarly writing in the area of behavioural economics and psychology has pointed out flaws in the way people make decisions, including unconscious biases and cognitive illusions. Judges are not immune from these kinds of errors. Can they avoid them?

Speaker: Hon. Justice James O’Reilly, IALS Inns of Court Visiting Judicial Fellow.

Chair: Professor Carl Stychin, Director of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS) and professor of law

The seminar will be followed by a drinks reception.

This event is free to attend, but booking is required.
