Registering for an account

This page explains how to register for an account for Mapping the Arts and Humanities. This account will allow you to manage and edit your infrastructure's information.

Step 1: Register for an account

Follow the link in your registration invitation email and register with the same email address that the invitation was sent to. This will ensure that the infrastructure listed in your invitation email will be associated with your account. You can change this email address if you wish at a later stage.

Step 2: Verify your email address

Once you have entered your details, a verification email will be sent to your address. If you do not receive a verification email, please check your junk folder.

Step 3: Login

Once you have verified your email address, return to the website and login using the details you just created.

Step 4: Accept your infrastructure

After logging in you should immediately be taken to the Management Area (https://www.humanities.org.uk/admin). In the Management Area, you should see the invitation to manage your infrastructure. Click Respond to accept your invite.

Step 5: Review your infrastructure record

Once you have accepted the invitation, you will be able to view and edit your infrastructure's information at any time in My Records.
