We invite you to join us for this public evening keynote lecture by Professor Anna Snaith (King’s College London) lecture on ‘Noisescapes: Interwar Writing and the Sonic Legacy of the First World War’. Her talk will draw upon her current research on writing sound in interwar Britain as part of a Leverhulme fellowship, as well as her years of experience and expertise on modernism and literary sound studies.
The event is free and open to all. After the talk, nibbles and drinks will be served.
This public lecture is organised as part of the SAS Postgraduate Conference that explores the theme of “Fragments”.
