Description

Following what will be one of the most consequential elections of our time, join Professor Sarah Churchwell in conversation with Bonnie Greer OBE as they discuss the impact of the 2020 American election. In a year of COVID-19 and Black Lives Matter protests, November’s contest will be a referendum on the future of American politics and, many believe, the future of America itself. Both natives of Chicago, Sarah and Bonnie will share their insights on American culture, race relations and history and the role these have played in this year’s presidential battle. Join this online event to reflect on the election and share your thoughts in the Q&A.
