A One Day Conference on Friday 12th October, bringing together decision makers at the top universities with leaders in zero carbon architecture, consultation, design and evaluation.

Many UK universities such as Kings College London, Bristol and the University of London are aiming to make their campuses zero carbon in the next 20 years. To achieve this goal they require new and innovative approaches to both new build design and major renovations of existing and historic buildings. The aim of the conference is to develop innovative approaches to achieve these goals within real world parameters.

The morning will feature presentations of the plans universities have to reach zero carbon as well as the successes they have had and difficulties they have encountered working toward these goals. The afternoon will run as a series of roundtable discussions bringing together the university and industry professionals in the room to develop targets and plans to achieve the University of London’s Zero Carbon goal.

As well as offering a great opportunity to meet and impress the key decision makers from over 30 UK universities, following the event, the University of London will publish a report of the day featuring a directory of services provided by the attending companies along with their contact details. This report will be shared with all the attendees and among the 300+ members of the EAUC network (the member association supporting Universities and Colleges to champion sustainability across the UK).

Tickets for the event cost £150 per person and attendance is limited to two people per organisation.
