New School logo announcement

Thursday 18 November 2010

The School of Advanced Study, University of London is delighted to announce that it has a new logo.

The new logo features Senate House, Charles Holden’s iconic Art Deco building in Bloomsbury.  Senate House is home to the Vice Chancellor and Central Administration of the University of London, together with the Senate House Library and a number of the library collections of the Institutes of the School.  In addition, the Dean of the School, the School’s central offices and eight of its ten prestigious research institutes are located in the Senate House–Stewart House complex, which also hosts a large number of the events organised in the School. The Institute of Advanced Legal Studies and the Warburg Institute are both located a short distance from Senate House and both hold events within the building.

The new School logo will be gradually implemented over the next few months and it will be incorporated within all new materials. It is planned that most materials will incorporate the new logo by 31 January 2011 and that all School materials will incorporate the new logo by the beginning of the 2011-12 academic year.
