Centre for Post-Colonial Studies featured in the media

Professor Andrew Hussey, director of the Centre for Post-Colonial studies  
(CPCS) has been featured in the Times Higher Education magazine. In ‘High and popular culture to meet in new postcolonial studies centre’, Professor Hussey explained that although the new CPCS would concentrate initially on North Africa, it will join forces with other SAS institutes (such as the Institutes of Latin American Studies and Commonwealth Studies) and develop into ‘a kind of free-floating hub’ which he hopes can become a resource for ‘governments, diplomatic personnel, military personnel and the media.’
