The case studies will examine the role played by companies, governments, and judicial systems in the violation of rights and conversely their capacity to bring effective redress and remedy to victims. Case studies also provide an example of best practice, where a multi-national company has taken positive steps to comply with standards, correct errors, remedy victims, etc.
