Félix Krawatzek finished his studies of Philosophy, Politics and Economics in Canterbury, Lille and Oxford in
2011 with a Master in Russian East European Studies. Since October 2011 he has worked for a DPhil in Politics
on a comparative study of youth mobilisation in Eastern and Western Europe at Nuffield College, University of
Oxford (supervision Gwendolyn Sasse). His research interests include historical network analysis, political
mobilisation, transformation and democratisation in Central and Eastern Europe, European memory, and civil
society.
