Ms Mariagiulia Giuffré
Mariagiulia Giuffré is a PhD Candidate at the School of International Studies of the University of Trento. She has been a Visiting Fellow at the Centre of Migration Law in Nijmegen and at the Faculty of Law at Lund University. She is writing a thesis that lies at the intersection of border control strategies and refugee protection under international and European human rights law, with the aim to investigate whether access to international protection may be impaired by the implementation of bilateral agreements linked to readmission.
