Ms Emanuela Parisciani
Emanuela is currently undertaking a PhD at the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, Pisa. Her research focuses on the Common European Asylum System. In particular, her thesis intends to examine and assess the various instruments developed for accessing to, and granting international protection. It will do so through the description and analysis of the actual legal framework and its relationship with other main international law instruments in Europe for the protection of asylum seekers, refugees and other persons in need of international protection.
