Paul Archbold’s Nine Memos to be broadcast on BBC radio 3’s Hear & Now programme

Following a masterly performance by the Arditti Quartet at the Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival, Paul Archbold’s Nine Memos will be broadcast on the Hear & Now programme, BBC Radio 3, Saturday 15 December at 10.30pm. “Each of Archbold's continuously running short movements was readily graspable for what his ‘programme’ - the 19th-century term revivified - said it should be” (Paul Driver, Sunday Times, 25 November).
